Bryan Randolph has called Moultonborough home since 2013. He’s a husband, father, licensed social worker, and candidate for New Hampshire State Representative in District 3.
For more than a decade, Bryan has worked with individuals and families facing some of life’s toughest challenges. That experience has taught him the importance of listening first, understanding different perspectives, and working together to find practical solutions.
Now he wants to bring that same approach to the State House — representing the people of Madison, Moultonborough, and Tamworth and making sure their voices are heard in Concord.
Bryan and his wife, Lauren, have called Moultonborough home since 2013. It’s where they chose to build their life and raise their daughter.
When their daughter was three, her language skills began falling behind. Like many children born around the start of COVID, she struggled with language, being around other children, and learning to be independent.
What made the difference for their family were services available right here in the community. Speech services through Northern Human Services, followed by Moultonborough’s universal pre-K program, gave their daughter the support and tools she needed before she even started kindergarten.
That experience reinforced something Bryan has seen throughout his career: strong communities give people the opportunity to succeed when they need a little help.
For more than a decade, I’ve helped people navigate some of the hardest moments of their lives. But today, I see too many families struggling with challenges that can’t be solved one person at a time.
The cost of living keeps rising. Young families are finding it harder to stay in the communities they love. Employers struggle to find workers. Access to healthcare, mental health services, childcare, and affordable housing remains out of reach for too many of our neighbors.
I’m running for State Representative because I believe we can do better — and because I believe the way we get there matters.
My career has taught me to listen before reaching conclusions, to look for common ground, and to focus on solutions rather than arguments. I’ll bring that same approach to Concord.
I’m asking for the opportunity to represent District 3 and be a strong voice for Madison, Moultonborough, and Tamworth — working to make our communities places where families can afford to stay, businesses can succeed, and everyone has the opportunity to build a healthy and fulfilling life.
Leadership starts with listening. I’m ready to listen, and I’m ready to work.
